Query

Day-2 :

In this day I accomplished about what questions should asked by a digital marketer to his client before any commitments.

Questions asked by a digital marketer to his client are as follows ;

  1. What exactly do you offer (products/services offering) and how does it solve people’s problems?
  2. How is your brand unique from your competitors (USP)?
  3. How is your business performing currently and what expectations do you have from our digital marketing services?
  4. What is your target audience and where and how do you think they usually spend their time online?
  5. What do you want your audience to do on the website – contact form filling, buy product, signup or more?
  6. What ideas do you have in mind in order to increase your current conversion rate?
  7. What is your digital marketing budget?

  8. The questions above are necessary so that you can understand the client, and their expectations from you and your services. After asking these question, if there is still confusion lurking around or you get negative vibes, refuse straight away as having no client is much better than having a bad client.
    One of the most important things I have grounded is while talking to clients is not to commit to something that I cannot deliver. There are tons of different digital marketers available in our country and globally as well, but unfortunately many of them fail to fullfil their promise which is why many digital marketing clients are unhappy with their digital marketers.
